Refundable Deposit  I understand that should my offer be accepted, I will be expected to place a good faith, fully refundable deposit into escrow (more info) with 3 business days in order to remove the aircraft from the market and make it available for the Pre-Purchase inspection (?survey?) survey.Pat, clairy, IF accepted, need escrow before, still need to determine this. Here's a solution. Shouldn't it be "Upon AltaJet's acceptance (as opposed to the seller's acceptance? That makes sense to me, i.e., AltaJet's acceptance is the first phase, we'll look things over, make sure everything is okay, THEN, you must make the escrow deposit if you have not already? If so, I'll explain that in the intro copy at the top of the page.    ►  Learn about Escrow

Sales Commission Upon Closing  Upon Confirmation of Offer Acceptance from AltaJet, I agree to engage AltaJet to represent me during this aircraft purchase. A 1.0% fee (one-percent) will be paid to AltaJet upon closing. Payment is due only upon successful closing.        ►  About Fees

Making an Escrow Deposit

Once you have made an Offer and have an Acceptance Pending, in order to remove the aircraft from the market and make it available for a Pre-Purchase Inspection, you must make an appropriate deposit with a recognized Escrow Agency.
